This prompt asks, What are you protecting?

Consider what material items you feel you need to protect, like a home, or what you try protect yourself from, like a virus, and/or what you try to protect your loved ones from, like failure.

Make a short list of these items, people, parts of self, or conditions that you feel you need to protect or to be protected from. Try to be as concrete and specific as possible.

After a few minutes of creating your list, read over it and select one or two things that feel fruitful to write about now (you can always return to this list and choose another item to write about).

As you write, focus on describing why protection is needed and how you will go about protecting whatever it is you are protecting.
